"I’ve been coming here for about 9 years and I trust this company to get my car fixed and to give me trustworthy service. I have never felt like I was being sold something that I do not need. Whenever I ask for more information, I feel as if I am getting the real deal. I feel as if these guys really care for you and your continued service. I will never go to another shop because of this. They just worked on my car and fix a brake light issue that needed some extra work. They went the extra mile and gave me a discount because it was an easier fix. The shop is a nice feel too with leather couches and nice decor. They even have nice hats. I have waited there before and read a book. It was good enough. They can be slow with telling you your car is finished, but that’s probably because I told them I did not need it by a certain time. I do feel like I’m out of the loop with what happened with my car sometimes because I don’t want to ask, so maybe they can be better at communicating that. Overall though, this is a shop you want to go to because they trust. They can always get better at things, but they are already doing a great job. Thank you Brian."

"Great Work, fast appointments. The only problem is that they buy parts from Autozone, then sell them for double their price (not counting labor). so I suggest getting your own parts if possible."

"I’ve always been satisfied with the work of this shop the staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable I even called one time with a question they had no problem answering when they could’ve just told me to just bring it in and we’ll figure it out, but they did give me the option if I couldn’t solve the problem myself. My wife and I always refer people to them when they need service on their vehicles."

"We bought a new $550 radiator for the mechanics to put in. I thought this was a legit business, I mean they took our money and said everything seems great. 4 hours into our drive our radiator violently explodes, sending coolant over the windshield, onto the engine and onto the concrete. This happen over a period of 2 days. What Happened?!? We had to find a shop. Our new mechanic Pete at R&D automotive informed us that our BRAND NEW RADIATOR($550) was zip tied to our fan housing and grill of the vehicle. He let us know that this was a temporary fix(zip ties) and that he would be embarrassed, and the quality of work is unacceptable. He also told us that our thermostat was broken and sealed shut, that is replaced when the radiator is changed. He said is was common knowledge for anyone who considers them a mechanic. If you get any work done by them, get it double checked by another mechanic or just go to another mechanic. I hate for anyone else to go through what we did on the road. I definitely will never take my cars back there nor recommend anyone i care about to have there vehicles worked on there. We told the owner our issue and we have yet to hear from him. Sometimes being a man is harder for some men, I just wish this business had some, along with some integrity. P.S. our mounting bolts were cut off, so the mechanic could zip tie (not bolt)the radiator more easily to our fan shroud and front grill, and we were charged $300 for labor. Could have found a craigslist mechanic who at least knew what they were doing."
