That company had very poor reviews so we said absolutely not and to send somebody else. We are so thankful they sent restoration management company! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Those who came out to our home were always very respectful, courteous , and helpful. They have very high standards and do not take shortcuts to ensure the job is done properly. I had called RMC because they had been referred to me as a great company to work with by our contractor, specifically, project manager Johnny Posada. Johnny and team were very clear and methodical in their work, set appropriate expectations, communicated well with us, the work was very clean, and the pricing was fair/clearly articulated upfront. We ended up with no mold and I know it is because this team worked so fast to help us remove the impacted area and manage the ingress. We are beyond thankful and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat."
