"I recently visited Mobile Kangaroo Fremont seeking a keyboard repair for my 2017 Macbook Pro. The experience was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. Unclear and Expensive Quote: When I inquired about the repair, the technician quoted a range between $450 and $600. This seemed exceptionally high compared to other repair estimates I had received. When I politely asked for a justification for the price, the technician became dismissive and simply stated that "this is clearly the price." This lack of transparency and explanation did little to instill confidence in their service. Aggressive Behavior: Instead of offering further explanation or working to address my concerns, the technician became increasingly aggressive. They raised their voice and essentially asked me to leave the store if I wasn't happy with the quoted price. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Overall: My experience at Mobile Kangaroo Fremont was nothing short of unprofessional and unpleasant. The lack of transparency, the exorbitant pricing, and the aggressive behavior displayed by the technician were all dealbreakers. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for their repair needs."

"I don’t think this store is very professional. My iphone 13 Pro Max cannot turn on. I went to Apple Store at Westfield, they just hold button consistently that my phone just turned on. However I came to this store first this morning. They even did not touch my phone and said I should pay $190 for check. So I have to drive over half hour to Santa Clara Apple Store to check this simple turn on issue."

"My iPhone had a “black screen of death” when I woke up. I tried numerous online options to reset, restart, etc and none worked. I went to Apple support and made an appointment with this location. It’s a small hole in the wall in an office park but I was promptly greeted. They are very organized. Told me my phone should be ready in about 30 minutes baring any unforeseen issues. I received a text 25 minutes later saying my phone was ready. Friendly and helpful staff member working there. Phone was up and running. They do charge $19 for Apple warranty repair because Apple doesn’t pay them for resets. Indicated the $19 would be refunded if any parts were needed. Quick, efficient, and just what I needed."
