"2 weeks ago drove 40 minutes to have my battery issue fixed in my Pixel 4XL - but while replacing the battery they disconnected my camera by mistake. so the phone worked perfectly - just no camera. Yesterday, I drove down there again. They reconnected my camera. A few HOURS later - the battery issue returned. Today, I drove down there 40 minutes yet AGAIN. The tech person took my phone to the back, and after a few minutes said "You know we were not even suppose to fix it last time..." (Yes they were. It was under their warranty) "...but we can't do anything now. It was bound to happen anyway and has nothing to do with the work we did yesterday". I asked to see a manager. He came out very aggressive. Told me it was just a matter of chance(!!) that right after they fixed the camera I started having the battery issue. Just a chance. I begged them to just replace the battery again, and even if it lasted just a few weeks - at least I would have a working phone until I can sort this out. They argued for 10 minutes that "a new battery won't help". After 10 minutes I said "Why don't you just try it?!" and the manager said - "We did actually. We tried and it did not work". You are free to believe if they really just neglected to mention this little detail through all this time, or were they just lying through their teeth to try and get rid of me. This place is a disgrace, both professionally and in the way they treat their customers. If you don't absolutely have to come here - save yourselves the trouble. Find another provider. ***** EDIT: **** I called the number the store owner provided in their reply. Unlike what they wrote - That number is NOT active during weekends. You guys at uBreakIfix really need to get yourselves in order."

"Took my iPhone in to get fixed. Turns out it was just filthy. In less than 2 minutes the technician named Aaron cleaned it out and showed me it works. I enthusiastically endorse this business and I will bring all my Apple products here for service. Thank you very much Aaron."

"The charging port on my phone wasn’t allowing full connection to the charging cable. I was greeted by a friendly smile and genuine customer care associate. She took a look and quickly found a piece of fiber stuck deep inside the port. She removed it and voila, the phone is now back among the living again. Now I know where to go for my cell phones repairs. Thank you Ms M for your service."

"These guys were really nice. I teach at the gym nearby and had been having issues with my phone. Came in right before closing time and they were kind enough to take a look at it for free, found a piece of confetti in the charging port from the holidays. And they were really nice about answering any questions I had about prices for replacement parts, as well as duration. I'll definitely come back again."
