When I entered my husband's name, email, and cell phone, the page generated a repair request with my name and email because the home phone was on the form as well and I had been a customer previously. Their communication seemed to default to our home phone. This delayed communication because the home phone, unlike texts to a cell, doesn't have a notification option if you are out."
