"The Whirlpool side by side freezer fridge in my tenants' condo unit was not cooling properly. I contacted Whirlpool Repair San Francisco (under the Home Alliance umbrella) on Friday Oct 13, the technician John visited Monday Oct 16, diagnosed a defective sensor, ordered the part, returned on Saturday Oct 21 to replace, which also required clearing much ice. The fridge is now working flawlessly. Ongoing communication between all involved parties was very helpful. I definitely recommend WRSF (under Home Alliance)"

"Olive came on time and he do the repair very detail and cautiously. The Samsung refrigerator has ice block all the cold air outlets to the refrigeration compartment, Olive clean the ice and replace the defrost heating element, temperature sensor, and the defective fan. The refrigerator is working fine now. Good job!"
