"I had a great experience today! I went in because my phone was starting to die on 70% and powering off when I would go to the camera even on a full battery. I noticed my phone’s inside components were exposed yesterday like I could see the wires, and he immediately knew it was the battery. He opened the phone and my battery was swollen and huge it almost exploded in my phone, because I had been using the lightning port Amazon charger and leaving it plugged in overnight for the last month. We replaced my battery. My battery is back to normal & not dying on 80% The prices were more reasonable here than competitors in the area. Brian was very friendly, he looked up student discounts for me and was attentive. He was very wise too. I had a great experience and would 100% recommend!!"

"I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. In need of a screen and battery replacement for an iPhone, I went to the store, but unfortunately the owner to was not in. However, Brian was very accommodating and scheduled me the next day. The whole process took about 15 minutes and he discounted some items and even gave me a free phone protector case for the inconvenience of having to return. Here is a businessman who knows customer service and practices it as it should be. Plenty of parking as it’s in the small shopping center next to Office Depot and across from REI.
