"Our water heater failed Monday evening and I called 7:10 am Tuesday. Baldomero answered and gave me an appointment for 1 pm. He arrived on time and evaluated the heater giving me options and reasonable estimates. I decided to replace the 11 year old heater. Unfortunately, the installation encountered a few problems. Baldomero handled everything and made it look perfect. He honored the estimate price even though it required extra work. I will use him for my future needs. He also installed two other water heaters on my block this year and they are happy."

He then told me how to go on Amazon to replace a broken part for my bathroom sink. All this taking at least 1/2 hour. And charged me nothing.
