"After my first repair, I had to take my scooter in two additional times due to an issue with my throttle getting stuck that first appeared 10 seconds after they returned it to me. They failed to fix it both times, and the latter time the throttle got stuck as I was going 25-30 mph and I got thrown off my scooter and injured my hands. During the minutes in which my hands were totally numb and bleeding, someone stole my scooter…needless to say I had a terrible experience with PEV Works. Giving two stars because they did give me a refund for their service, but only after some convincing."
