"I sent my pc in for the geeksquad to fix because it was so slow it took 5 hours to load into my (not to flex) epic pro gold 2 lobbies. but all they did was uninstall all of my apps and install a bunch of random software. my space somehow went from 200gb to 32gb despite them getting rid of literally everything on my computer. they also downgraded it to windows 7?? despite me saying to keep it at 10."

"got an appointement to fix my phone with the store, i gave them all the details, serial number , type of phone, the repair that needed to be done, basically just à screen change. ghey gave me an appointement and said it will be done in 2hours time when i showed up the employee told me they were not confortable with changing screens. so they would keep my phone for 1 week. after checking they noticed they didnt even have the parts but gave me an appointement earlier. do not lose your time or money there. they didnt even care for that situation."
"I received a phishing email that spoofed THE GEEK SQUAD. I called with hopes of bringing it to their attention (good citizen). 1) difficult to get thru to a manager 2) manager seemed “Put-out” and uninterested 3) didn’t listen to what I was saying - told me it wasn’t a legit email - I told him - I know - that’s why I was bringing it to his attention, in case they weren’t aware. 4) he said they were well aware of them. I said - why don’t you let your customers know? 5) I asked if our customer info was safe - he seemed perturbed and reassured me it is. 6) he gave me an email address so I could forward the spoof email My overall experience wasn’t good. Why did I bother?"
"Scheduled an appointment to have my TV mounted. Set everything up and paid for the service. When I attempted to schedule the service, the website promptly reported that it was unable to find any appointments ever and I needed to call Geek Squad. When I called, the person was nice enough, no problem there. However, she needed to put me on hold while she looked up my order. About 10 mins later, she comes back on the line and tells me that she was unable to schedule my appointment because the "system" didn't have anything available...ever. So, I was told that I would be notified in 24-48 hours about when it might be possible for me to schedule my appointment. I promptly canceled the appointment."
