"Arch Plumbing reached back to me in a timely manner after receiving the maintenance request. They were ready to start on the day of the request, but I wasn't home so we scheduled another time. Gerson arrived on time, did everything that was needed to be done to get through a reeeeeally bad clog deep in the pipes. Used two types of machines, and the second one was a wheeled powered snake, kinda one of the "big guns". :) He had all the tools without a need to go to another place to get them, had all the knowledge and skills, used shoe covers to not leave mess on the floor and cleaned all the mess created in the process. Overall, it's a five star to both the company and the plumber!"

Questions about the specifics and what they can do to assist you. After checking around, I chose Arch who made an appointment to replace my anode rod. I was concerned at first about the work and she directed me to talk directly to the professional, Alex for further details. I could tell right away that Alex knew what he was talking about from the get-go. I scheduled an appointment, a time was given and Alex arrived in a clean, professional, full size company van within the time frame. When he was gathering his tools, I could tell that this person was fully trained and experienced by the tools that he was wearing on his tool belt - starting with the premium knipex brand pliers on hand. Removing an anode rod is no fun task and takes agility, strength & experience using the right tools. He had it all - and finished the work within a short period of time. He was neat, clean, intelligent and obviously experienced at his work from start to finish. The estimate, work and travel expenses were just exactly what I was quoted from the secretary - $250.00. I would highly recommend Arch plumbing for any plumbing work because they are honest, careful, clean and experienced. Be sure to ask for Alex - he did the job right!"
