"Setrak is hands down the best watchmaker in San Francisco if not the United States; honestly, it saddens me to see a limit of 5 stars for this review, because he deserves far more. I’ve done business with him for years after my Cartier Roadster was nearly destroyed in an accident. He restored the case and movement so beautifully that I couldn’t even tell the watch had been damaged! He’s also serviced several of my other Swiss watches to perfection for a fair price, always acting as a consummate professional and gentleman in the process (he hasn’t charged me for several small tweaks/strap changes I’ve stopped by for, even after I’ve insisted he accept some compensation). I’d urge anyone whose watch needs work (whether it’s a full servicing, significant restoration, or a simple battery change) to visit him first. He’s a wonderful watch maker and an even better human being who deserves your business. Go see him!"

"Setrak's Watch Repair is exceptional. The owner, Setrak, a magician. I brought in my husband's father's 1940s Omega. It was in very bad shape, and had been declared unfixable. I dearly wanted to get it fixed as it has huge sentimental value for my husband. Setrak took it in, and treated it as if it were his mission. The parts for the watch are no longer made, and Setrak persistently searched far and wide, and eventually, one by one, was able to find the pieces, and he restored the watch.
