"I have hired Bell on several occasions for repairs on my old system and for other properties, and I have had only positive experiences. The first time I called them, they sent out Scott, who was able to diagnose and repair my heater's problems on the same day. The next time that I called them was for a different problem involving my AC compressor. I asked for Scott again and he was able to diagnose and repair the problem that same day, again. My mother-in-law had issues with her AC at another property and I asked for Scott by name, once again. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with her AC unit right away. The level of service with Scott at Bell is way above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. I would give more stars and Kudos if I could."
