"Our Thermador built-in side by side stopped cooling the day before T-Giving. Called Monday morning, scheduled an appointment for the next morning. David came within the scheduling window - very professional, efficient. I had done my own non-professional sleuthing and came up with the same diagnosis. Replaced the inverter, and the labor charge was - I believe - in line with what I expected. Price for inverter was what I had seen online. Would have David back again. Also gave directions on how long I should wait before putting stuff back in, and what to look out for."

"Called Kit Appliance Repair. They didn't answer, but called me back a few minutes later. The scheduler seemed to be working in a noisy boiler room, as I could barely hear him over the background noise of other people on their phones. We scheduled an appointment 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window. 1:45 into that window, the repair person called me to tell me he was given a non-existent address by the scheduler. At that point, I had to cancel."

Tech arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in one visit. Even had the needed parts on hand! (I had told them the problem and model number). Charged less for the parts than I could buy them online, and billed me for one hour labor, although I think he went a bit over, so pricing was fair. This review would be 5 stars, except the tech made the repairs without advising me of the cost beforehand. It turn out that I would have authorized them, but should have the option of just paying the diagnosis and deciding to replace the hood with a new one. I would use them again."

"When I first went to the site and filled out the contact form (at around 8pm at night) I was called within five minutes. An appointment was scheduled. Repair person, David, showed up on time and was very polite. Showed us everything that needed to be done on our Wolf Stove/Oven, gave us a very detailed quote, repaired the stove/oven and then showed us how to better maintain and clean it. It was everything you would want from a repair company."

"Those guys are more than great. Recently I had a issue with my air conditioning. I had to replace my AC unit so I choose Bryant system. I called the company and they sent me a technician called Sam. Sam was very knowledgeable and installed the unit promptly. The labor price was less than what I expected. The overall experience was excellent."
