"Extremely pleased with Severson. Had been dealing with another company and was getting nickeled and dimed and still had no heat after a couple weeks. As the furnace was 18 years old I went out for estimates to replace it. Dylan came out and instead of an upsell he said the current heater was in great condition and would probably last a lot more years. Asked Severson for a quote to replace the parts that typically fail (controller, heat sensor, limit switches) so they would not have to keep coming back for failed parts.
