"Fast friendly service by a local professional. Conversation and a little humor go a long way when you're less than excited to take your vehicle for it's dreaded biennial smog to comply with the DMV. This place typically has a que of cars waiting for the speedy 15-20 minute smog if your car is in good condition. I was lucky and arrived at 4pm on a Friday to find one car ahead of me. I was unsure as to where the entrance was upon arrival. I quickly figured out that entering in the northeast entrance on Napa Road was probably the best choice. I entered in the Broadway entrance nearest Napa Road and felt out of place. Don't attempt to enter in the other Broadway driveway, as it's actually the exit. I recommended that signs be placed at the entrances and exit to assist new clients. Overall a good experience."
