A friend had recommended Estes to me and even contacted them himself for me, Chance showed up at 7:30 am on Sunday of a holiday weekend, had our ac up and running in a half hour, only needing a part replaced rather than the whole unit, I thought the whole unit blew up, so this was a pleasant surprise, this obviously won't be the case for everyone, but to me it proves honesty and integrity since I thought the whole unit blew up and they could have easily just sold me a new unit.
