"I paid over $14,500 dollars for installation of a heater in the attic in my house. It didn’t work right after they installed it. He came back a few times to try to fix his work. It fixed some the issues but the main issue now is the water outlet pipe isn’t installed properly. I called him about the issue a year after it was installed letting him know it’s on/off issue sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. It was never diagnosed and never fixed. He didn’t come or look at it said if it turned on then theirs nothing to fix. The issue was getting really bad so I called him out and his technician finally narrowed it down that the water outlet pipe is “plugged”. They blew some air through it, but stopped working a week later. It’s not “plugged” it drains too slow because it wasn’t installed with enough slope. I have to use a vacuum to suck the water out. His own guy said it wasn’t draining and he talked to his boss Shawn and they gave me $100 off to drain the water but they wouldn’t fix it. I called Shawn on the phone causing a scene trying to get him to fix the pipe because it was not installed properly and he just had a bunch of excuses. If I had called another company they would fixed it properly without arguing with me and most likely would admitted the fault of installation error."
