"Ongaro & Sons for the win! They came in clutch fixing a drainage issue in the height of the winter rain, and today, Chris Ostrom was 10/10 awesome for HVAC. Booking the appointment was originally very quick - initially booked for 48 hours from now. There was availability today, and I ended-up receiving same-day service. Our heating unit was serviced (we were worried due to lack of hot air), and Chris explained everything, walked us through what to pay attention to for any future issues, and helped set us up for annual maintenance. Also, we asked Chris his professional opinion on smart thermostats, and he provided a great explanation and plan for install.
