"This company might be good at appliance repair and customer service. BUT THEY MISLEAD. They are NOT located in Healdsburg, and say that they do not service 95448 zip code “any longer”. Funny, they have a Healdsburg phone number with a street view image and map of Plaza street but you are actually calling a call center in Arizona for what you think is local company. LIES and DECEIT."

"It's called Healdsburg Appliance Repair, with a Healdsburg Address and Healdsburg phone number. When I called to request repair they asked for zip code, I live .4 miles from their supposed office. They said 'We no longer cover that area, sorry.' End of story...they need to update their online information as it's clearly incorrect and misleading. Person on the phone was rude as well. Good luck to your business!"

The young man was rude and defensive...If I was uncomfortable I should cancel appointment and call another company...HE said he was calling from a central office...this concerned me."
