"Beware the service department here! These are they guys you are warned about when you look for a mechanic. I am writing on behalf of my minor son. He took his car in for to get an estimate to repair a weak A/C system. They did not tell him he would be charged for diagnosis. When he picked up the car (after having other work done), they told him he had to pay an additional $200 for the diagnostic. Setting aside the fact that they didn't tell him there would be a charge for it, they charged double what the going rate is for this service is ($79). Further, to replace the A/C condenser and fix a leak they quoted $1760. The going rate for these services are $800 and $100. I expect to pay a bit more at a dealership, but not almost double. They took advantage of a 17 year old kid and clearly overcharged and overestimated repair costs. I reached out to them to see if they would make it right, but they did not respond. Avoid at all costs as they clearly take advantage of the unwary!"
