"We had a group pottery lesson and our instructor, Daniel, was- to put it nicely- condescending and created an environment where myself and others in the group felt the need to apologize when we made a mistake as he came across as rude and impatient whenever we needed assistance. He spoke down to us and belittled us. What was expected to be a calming and enjoyable outing became one of total discomfort and it has left myself and others in my group very upset. I understand it may be potentially stressful having to lead these groups, but that is no excuse for the way he spoke to us and for his choice to make us feel bad about ourselves and the manner in which he pointed out our mistakes. I am extremely disturbed with the way he spoke to us and incredibly disappointed in how it affected my evening."
