"All the King Baby pieces that I have purchased are of the highest quality and craftsmanship. My issue is with their bracelet size. I purchased a cuff that is sized 8.75 but when it arrived the interior circumference was 7 inches. After speaking with the customer representative, they are certain they sent me the correct order; which I must return. Google states the average male wrist is 7.25 inches, so be warned, their size 8.75 will not fit the average man. I purchased online, and have nothing against this location. The customer representative has been very nice and apologetic for the misunderstanding. I have increased my rating to 4 stars due to the excellent customer service I am receiving from King Baby for my return item."
