Reviews of Rancho Simi Community Pool
"The pool was dirty but other wise it was great"
"Love this pool. We go often. It's clean. Never to crowded. I take my grandson for swim class and we stay for open swim."
"I bought a 20-visit pass. As of this post, I just completed my third visit. As for the pool, for a public city pool, it is very clean and very well kept. There are no pool lanes. Everyone has to follow the tiles at the bottom as a guide lane. If there are more folks than there are lanes, folks who show-up late have to jump in-between lanes. The shower rooms and lockers are clean and adequate for the expected number of swimmers. However, it is nothing like something you will find in a private gym. As for the folks in the front office, they are very friendly and accommodating. They answer all your questions friendly and professionally. As for the atmosphere, on all my three visits, I went in at 6 a.m. during the week. On all three visits, there were more folks than there were lanes. Thus, there were folks swimming in between lanes. This may be because we are in the summer months. Other times of the year might vary. There normally isn’t an issue with this overcrowding. However, there are some elitist/toxic folks who’s very impatient and sensitive about their lane. They become “in your face” vocal and condescending with every little lane infraction such as slightly drifting over on to their space. Your mileage may vary at different days and/or times. Hope this helps if you are considering joining."
"I swim at this pool 2x per week for 1 hour each time. It helps me to relief some residual pain from a femur surgery."
"Great size, clean, all ages pool. Child is taking classes here from lifeguards. She's learning quick. Great teachers."
