"I took my diamond tennis bracelet into London gold to have it repaired. Instead of repairing it, they soldered together the bracelet, which the function of the bracelet is to be able to move on your arm freely. This caused a stress point, and it broke again. When I took it back the second time, the sales person told me that they could not repair it, it had extensive damage, I was about to lose the diamonds and that my bracelet needed to be REPLACED. They would give me a trade-in credit toward another diamond tennis bracelet. I took the bracelet to another jeweler, who completely repaired the break and told me there was nothing else wrong with the bracelet at all."
