"I purchased a jewelry safe for my mother via Casoro's online portal. The process of customizing and making arrangements for shipping and installation were easy and pleasant. The safe deserves a five-star rating. It is beautiful, secure, and such a pleasure for her to use. She has no more worries about things going "missing". Installation was a headache for quite a while. Casoro's installer in our area does not believe in customer service (apparently there had been a change in ownership). The men were rude and arrogant; they told me the safe would not fit in the location we planned. Without even pretending to do a careful measurement of the dimensions (as I had done before ordering) the installers parked the safe in an inappropriate location and left. Casoro checked in with their contracted installer who stood by his claim that the safe would not fit where we wanted it to go. I knew this was incorrect, but no one took me seriously. A few months later, after some back and forth with Casoro, I hired a local man who installs high-end appliances to see about moving the safe to where Mom wanted it. He accomplished this task in under an hour without needing to remove woodwork, doors from hinges, and with no damage to the safe or the home. His fee was half what the installers had charged for a failed installation. I photographed the safe in it's secure, convenient, and cozy new home -- with door open and drawers pulled all the way out -- and sent this to Casoro. Shep Bryan, an owner of the company, promptly replied to my letter in which I requested a partial refund for the installation fee we paid at time of order. We agreed on an appropriate amount and I have deposited the check. Happy ending: Casoro redeemed themselves and I am now delighted to write a glowing review of Mom's safe. She uses it every day to keep her jewelry secure and organized!"
