"If we could give them 100 stars we would. Going into the pool process can be daunting. Anyone that's embarked on this journey knows the research shows pool companies rarely finish on schedule and on average have a 30% overrun. Zier proved the research wrong! From the moment we contacted them, it was professionalism at it's finest. The first meeting was at our house with our potential PB, Matt Bagby, who just has a great, laid back personality. Don't get that confused with a lack of knowledge , because he explained the entire process that day in our backyard. He really listened to what we wanted, our concerns and our fear on embarking on such a large project. He was on top of everything from permitting, to ground breaking, and all the way through the build. What I really appreciated was Matt's standard of work. If it didn't meet his level, he would have it redone, period. We spoke to him multiple times per week. In a sense, he became our best friend during the process because we spoke to him way more than any of our friends. He didn't sugar coat anything, either. If there was a problem, he met with us to discuss how they were going to remedy it. Honestly, the entire Zier team was like family. They''re so nice and their craftsmanship is 110%. Each Zier employee, I felt, was just as excited for us to get this pool as we were, and that's hard to find, especially in such a long, arduous process. At the end, Zier finished ahead of schedule and on budget. No delays (seriously, not one) and ZERO overruns. If you want peace of mind, professionalism, QUALITY, Zier is for you. You will have zero buyers remorse and you may even miss them all when the pool is done. We have used our pool/hot tub every single day since they finished (about a month ago), and we couldn't be happier."

"We couldn't be happier with how our pool built by Zier Pools turned out. From the initial consult with Andrew and Jay, we knew right away that they were the company we could trust to turn our backyard into the ultimate hang out spot. Andrew and Jay had ideas for our backyard that we hadn't thought of and that other pool companies didn't come up with. Being a family owned company we could tell they took pride in what they did and we could feel their enthusiasm during the consultations. The process was easy. They presented their 3D rendering of how they had envisioned our backyard we had few minor tweaks and the process was underway. Zier Pools started construction immediately after receiving our permit back from the county. Everyone, from their subcontractors to all their employees were professional, efficient, and always cleaned up after themselves. Jay and Andrew were always very responsive to phone calls and texts throughout the process to address any questions or concerns we had. They also even took video of construction and sent it to us while we were out of town for 2 weeks to show us how construction was progressing. The final result was better than how we imagined it. The pool, concrete work, retaining walls all tied in beautifully to our existing yard. We love our new pool and owe all it all to Zier. Thank you!"

"In mid-2018 we began our search for a pool builder to help us build our dream pool. We had met with various pool builders. They came in all shapes and sizes from slick salespeople to builders that didn’t have a clue. We came across the Zier Pools website and truly fell in love with what we saw.
