"Have been waiting for this location to open for a while as I’m a big omega fan and wanted to see if they had the new white dial speedmaster. Upon entering, nobody said a word to me, asked if I needed help or even just a “welcome”. Just a few awkward looks. Mind you I was the only customer inside. Never walked into a watch boutique and met with that kind of bad service. Do better."

"So excited to have an Omega Boutique closer to me. I brought my watch in to the new store for a resizing and received amazing service, even though I didn't buy the watch at that location. They also brought over one of my favorite employees from the Beverly Hills location so they know what they are doing right out the gates. Considering buying a white dial Speedmaster and will definitely be bringing my business here."

"I have posted a more thorough review on their Yelp page about my “visit” to this store. On April 2nd around their supposed closing time, 6:10pm-ish myself and my boyfriend were actively ignored by two women standing at the counter. We were not under the impression they were closing because upon checking their Yelp page and Omega website the hours of the store say closing is 7pm. I see now Google has updated hours for a closing time of 6pm. Be that as it may these women’s behavior was unacceptable. I see in a review from 5 months ago on here someone had a rude encounter with an elderly blonde woman working here. One of these ladies from our experience was definitely elderly, blonde and rude. Maybe less attitude next time and it would’ve been no problem and our misunderstanding of the hours which would’ve left us knowing we need to come back the next day. I do not ever want have a watch serviced at this store in the future as I would rather pay a mall kiosk or drive miles out of the way so we won’t have the bother the ladies, working April 2nd closing time, again."
