LESSONS LEARNED • Tom taught me a lot about taking care of my pool (chemical balances), which I had been doing wrong for many years. • We did not install new pool lights – bad decision, as they were very old and one failed (requiring very difficult repair). • We filled the attached jacuzzi with water before pool filled up to outlets, thus, water came out in pool leaving some minimal white streaks in plaster. "If I had known about Tom Solomon 3 years ago, I would have had him resurface our pool then. Just EXCELLENT at every phase. It began with a very simple, straightforward, and clear estimate - and the finished price was exactly as quoted. Based on my conversations with other people I know, I expected the demo, re-tiling, creation of a Baja shelf, installation of auto-filler, and re-plastering would take 3-4 weeks. Tom's crew did the entire job in 7 days. Fast. Professional. Clean. Just amazing. Our 41-year-old pool looks like it was just put in. The before photo doesn't capture the degraded condition of the pool, both tile and bottom. It showed every bit of 41 years of wear.
