"If I could give 0 stars to this store and the company in general, I would. I never leave reviews, but this experience and company are so horrendous that I just had to share to warn others. I have received and bought jewelry from this store; it all tarnishes and breaks. So, the high-marked prices are just a scam to make you waste the most money when you can get better jewelry on Amazon for half the price. Though this isn’t the root of the complaint, I decided to give the company another shot on Thursday, and I will regret that forever. Not only were the employees extremely unprofessional, but the service was horrible. I wasted $100 to not only come out of the store with crooked piercings, but the person piercing me nearly damaged my ear by pressing the gun too early. The manager then took it over and applied so much pressure that almost a week later, that piercing still hurts and is healing slower than the others. I contacted the company to file a complaint nearly a week ago, and still no response. This is just a money scam, and we’re all the pawns. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Even a one star review, it’s too much for the store I did the first time hearing for my son a manager for the store was unprofessional. He didn’t do it on the right place sell it on high prices when I ask for the other earring go bye if you can give it to me that’s a scam I’m not recommend to anybody."

"I went here today, Monday 03.13.23 around 330-4p. My whole visit was great until I went to check out. To start, I had such a great experience w the sales associate on the floor. She was so friendly. She greeted me and checked on me a few times during my hour visit. She even went above and beyond by finding some random snake earrings I had mentioned were rare to find, similar to my current snake earrings. Anyways, she told me the snake earrings she found were on sale for 5/$10 if I wanted to purchase others earrings in the same area. So I proceeded to find many sets. She informed me that if I got more than the initial 5, all others after would still have the same deal of $2 each. I admit they were cheap, I usually only get sterling silver items but my normal place for snake earrings is in Palmdale and I rarely go there anymore. Literally Victoria’s Secret across the way has the same deal on their underwear: buy more than 5 and any more will still come out to the same deal. Same w Ralph’s and their food deals. This is very common with literally all companies. I don’t think I’ve ever had a company tell me that any other items after the initial will not have the deal apply. Anyways, I found 8 sets total and proceeded to the counter where I met the supposed Mgr. She is the reason for not giving a 5 star review. She was immediately rude to me. She didn’t smile and her tone was not friendly. She asked if I was ready and I said “yeah” by placing all the earring sets on the counter. She asked if I wanted to get 2 more earring sets to complete another set of 5 for the $10 deal. I mentioned that the lady on the floor had mentioned if I got anything more than 5 they would all still fall under the $2 deal. She said no I would have to get 2 more items. I asked if she could talk to the sales associate that was only a few feet away and her response was, “I don’t need to ask her bc I’m the Mgr.” She exuded arrogance and power in her mgmt role for absolutely no reason. Her response was so rude that I decided I didn’t want to spend the lil money I was planning to spend there anymore as there are many jewelry spots in the mall. I literally spent $300 in the mall today and it would’ve been a lil more if I purchased those earrings, not to mention a potential future customer out of me since I love browsing sterling silver items. But that manager made my whole previous experience completely ruined. I do not know how she became a manager. The sweet woman who helped me had so much more management potential than that woman. I planned to leave a great 5 star review bc of the initial sales associate but that completely changed after being treated so rudely by a member of mgmt. Very disappointing experience."
