Reviews
"This place is complete garbage they’re lazy and will cut services at the location essentially useless to try to bring your kids here for free play and fun. The life guards aren’t paying attention and go out of their way to make it a poor experience by not allowing children to play with the equipment poor attitude"
"Is this pool open yet? Has the heater been fixed? Tried to check their website but it's down."
"The worse experience, my kids are on level 3 on YMCA, i took them here because a friend tell me was good, but on the second class The teacher Kevin, send us to the office, couse my kids was in wrong level, they should be on level 2 he said, so probably the office can move their level, and they didn't because is full, they just dont let them take teir own class, the clases all ready pay, just because they dont have space on level 2, and they can't respect my own class that i already pay, just because the teacher doesn't want to teach them well, he just want to be stand watching the kids swiming laps by their selfs, so wats the point to pay a class if our kids going to swing by themselves, it is no point. They make my kids felt bad and sad, totally the worse experience. The bathrooms are terrible old needs improvement. The pool look green, need clean. If you really wants a good swing clases for your kinds around 6-9 i recommend YMCA los altos. Kings pool, is horrible the way they treat the kids. So for our kids not for us as adults, for our kids this place is horrible."
"June 20th 2023 They really need to get it together here The staff they hired this year are absolutely poor staff and need more training. Why would they tell people last minute the credit card machine is down if it's free for kids doesn't make any sense at all All they do is sit around and talk to one another and don't put any attention to what's going on they only open the diving board whenever they feel They sit around and put music while kids are getting yelled at left and right. While I was there one of the girls who works there got into argument with a parent and while I was leaving they were talking bad about them at the front desk and I could hear the racist remarks they were making."
"I start taking the kids for swimming classes and the facility is clean, staff is friendly, and the classes are very good!"
