"I wanted to give this Dry Cleaner a shot from the reviews stating that is Family owned, but now after my second time going there, I won't be returning and will be using Fairlane Cleaners across the street. This place has stained a shirt of mine and now the second time using them, I paid for an alteration which wasn't even completed and it took her 8 days to not even complete it. Again I gave them two different times to see if it got better and it just got worse. Also they only accept cash only."
"I found Dry Clean 4 Less via Yelp in looking for a dry cleaner being new to the San Carlos area. Ju is incredibly friendly and kind, and my clothes are always returned to me fresh and pressed. I got married this past July, and my sister decided days prior to the wedding that she needed additional alterations made to her bridesmaid dress. Ju happily & calmly took on the last minute alterations, which turned out wonderful. Ju also beautifully cleaned and preserved my very dirty wedding dress at an affordable cost. "This is a family run business and they really work hard to meet customer expectations. Ju is the owner. Her Mom and son help her run the shop. Ju goes above and beyond to serve customers. She spots stains for extra cleaning, helps me to the car and let's may pay when I pick up. Always a big smile on her face. I have had a few small issues over the years with buttons etc. But Ju will sew back on if you have a spare! She also does perfect hems. Give her a chance and you will surely be pleased."
