"They charged me $14 to dry clean a dress which had stains. I dropped it off on Sat and they marked the stains to be cleaned. I can back on Monday to pick up. It had the same stains. Like nothing was done. They promised to take off the stains the next day. I picked it up, it still had stains. They refused to attend up take off the stains. Called the owner Simon. He was no help saying that he can’t guarantee removal of stains. Substandard work. This was an expensive dress for graduation. Don’t bring anything that’s takes more than minimal effort. No pride in producing a great service or making it better. I will NEVER return there again. Never!"

"I’m sorry but $5.30 per item for men’s slacks and a laundered shirt is ludicrous el when laundry shirts are normally $1.29.‘however, when he asked to be paid upfront before performing any work, and the potential they might damage ruin or lose, my items was out of the question. So I turned around and walked out. I will not take my clothes to the place I used to go to either up by the stadium or in Linda Vista."

"We bought a house down the street from Fairlane Cleaners and we've been dropping off a load of laundry every three to four weeks for the last three years. We just took a comforter in to be cleaned because our small dog had urinated on it. We were told they might not be able to remove the stain. Picked it up a few days later and took it home. Not only was the stain worse but it smelled like rotting urine. Same day took it back, but the owner was not there so we had to come back the next day. On the next day they said they couldn't get the smell out but they would try again. Pick it up a week later, it was just as bad as the first time. Went right back, couldn't refund our money cause the owner wasn't there. They can sure take your money owner is not there! This is the last time Fairlane Cleaners gets our money!"
