"They do a great job with my dry cleaning! There was a small snag on one clothing item (it was delicate lace to be fair), and when I let the owner know she was apologetic and offered to fix it for free. Great customer service is always appreciated!"

"Total rip-off. They charged $25 for 4 shirts and not a single one was actually cleaned. And on top of that they didn’t even bother to check if the shirts were clean before returning them to me. And of course no refund was offered. Abysmal"

"Don’t ever use cleaners to maintain my clothes but I had a few stains on my sports jersey I needed taken care of. They were able to take all the stains out and sooner than expected for only about $9. Highly recommend."

"I dropped off my white West Elm curtains last week with a price quote of $20-$30 for both. They were mostly just dusty from moving to CA. They took nearly a week to finish because they said they had to wash them twice to get the stains out (I did not see staining before dropping it off, so it must’ve been faint). When I picked them up they charged me $40 and once I got home and hung them up I noticed way more staining and discoloration than before they were cleaned. These are expensive curtains and I am extremely disappointed in not only their inconsistent pricing, but their poor workmanship. I won’t be returning."
