"The dry cleaners advertise inaccurate times. I've gone to drop off and pick up dry cleaning in the last two weeks and the store was closed although the hours said that they were open. I'm traveling out of the country and needed my dress for a special Christmas dinner. I arrived at 7:58 pm and the cashier had already closed out the register and refused to work with me to give me the item that I needed. No I do not have a dress for the holidays. This will be my last time using this dry cleaning "business.""

"I just wanted to say thank you for ruining a pair of $150 Joe’s Jeans. I’ve used this business since last October and they’ve been fine. However, when I gave them my jeans (which I’ve done in the past with zero issues), they took 1 week to return. Upon return, I noticed “starch” stains or some white streaky dried liquid material all over my black jeans. I was told it may be starch. So I drove back as I had left already to ask them to fix it or explain what it was. The guy said he’d run them through again (which also took about a week). So I waited and went to grab my jeans again, they’re almost worse. He goes and gets his “manager,” hideous experience. The gist of it: sorry, we can fix it. She offers to review security camera footage to see if the jeans were given to them this way! Hahaha!! What a joke. The interaction was so poor. I ultimately left “expecting” a call back as they promised, by Friday 23, it’s now Sunday 25. They just don’t care if they lose one person here or there, there’s enough volume and apartment living around them to not care. That’s pathetic and I hate that I gave this place my business for 8 months. To the manager: you’re a showed poor ownership and poor customer care. I didn’t expect you to write a check for $150 to pay for my Damaged jeans, I expected some type of care as you didn’t care at all and just wanted the conversation over with. When I noticed that, that’s when I decided to let loose a bit on what a terrible experience you provided and a terrible service. It’s small business like you that make it easier for people to go to bigger companies doing things right. Oh, you’re absurdly expensive. You won’t last."

"I brought my down comforter to be cleaned. It had some make up residue and ordinary cleaning needed. I picked up my comforter and put it away to use it in the rotation. 3 weeks later, pulled it out, opened it up and on the inside, folded to ensure it wouldn't be seen till opened up entirely, I found it was not cleaned whatsoever. I am infuriated! To have paid $64.00 for this to be cleaned and it looks just as dirty if not more is incredibly disappointing and I feel cheated. To fold it so the dirty part is folded into the inside is Intentional."

"I used to go to them in the pat and it was fine. No issues. I recently went to them (Sept 2022) after not going in a long time and their quality is horrible now. Extremely disappointed. My shirt needed buttons repaired and light stitching. They didn’t repair the stitching, they just sewed a button over the rip and it looks horrible. They stapled my shirt, so when I went to pull the shirt from the plastic, I created a tiny rip that detracts from the looks. The jacket had a light smell and it’s still there as if nothing was cleaned. My wife’s romper was cleaned, but the drawstring was nearly sheared off in the process. I called and told them how disappointed I was and they apologized, but that’s it. No trying to repair it or refund. I have to go somewhere else lane to get things corrected. Don’t go to them."
