"I asked for wet cleaning of a white casmere sweater another cleaners had dry cleaned poorly and yellowed it. When I went to pick up they had dry cleaned it anyway and had the audacity to tell me first cleaners must have switched my sweater with someone else and gave me a yellowed sweater. Really..who could make this up? I know it was my sweater returnef to me from first cleaners and to say that was insulting they charged me for dry cleaning it again .i.paid and left..they are untrustworthy to say such things..incompetent service from 2 cleaners ."

"The flight attendant spilled a full cup of red wine on my beige jacket during a non-stop flight from the East Coast. He apologized and gave me a voucher for $10 to get it cleaned. I blotted what I could but there was still a lot of flying time till I got home. The stain looked bad when I brought it into Royal Touch. I told them the story and explained that I Googled "dry cleaner," and picked them because they they were the closest and had the highest reviews. The ladies there was so friendly and helpful and I felt encouraged when they said they wanted an extra day to do their best. Fast-forward to the reveal. They cleaned out the stain! I reached for my wallet when she said, "You already paid when you dropped it off." I didn't remember doing that, but asked if she would print a receipt to submit for reimbursement. She said, "It's on the bag." I shrugged as I walked out. I didn't look at the receipt until I got home. No charge. Wow! Thank you so much for cleaning my favorite old jacket. Lifelong customer here!!"
