"This is an UPDATE of my last review. Literally the owner needs to stop being stingy and pay for another attendant. Place is filthy and dirty. Washer are starting to suck and this place is starting to feel like the neighborhood laundry where homeless took over. Couldn’t use the restroom because a homeless was literally showering in there. The attendant that they have is slow and cannot handle this place by herself. Shame on the owner who comes to make money out of the community but lacks on business wise. Clean your establishment SIR Place is great. Fix your damn vending machines though. Why have they if they really do suck. But overall I love washing here."

"Pricers were fair but not used to waiting three days for 10 items but figured it is what it is. Very disappointed that my stuff shrank, kind of defeats the purpose of not doing it myself. Didn’t make sense to pay to clean something that won’t fit me anymore. Pretty dissatisfied."

"Lots of parking. Stays pretty busy, so I assume they keep up with regular washer/dryer maintenance. I only go there as a convenient place to get my dry cleaning done. Usually no line, but when there is, it moves very quickly. Friendly staff. Military/Veteran friendly."

"Fantastic laundry stores. We are traveling and living in a hotel near the Midway Museum. It's very convenient to take the green/blue lines to this place. They open early and close late. They have various sized machines, a self laundry(wash +dry) is around 4-10 depending on the machine size and wash type. Similar to subway/light rail. You just need to get a card and load balance on the kiosk. A large and clean waiting area are provided. I will recommend here for travelers who don't have self-laundry at hotels."

"We bought a large comforter and needed a large capacity washing machine. First time coming in, staff was immediately super helpful, gave me the full walkthrough. The place is clean and in a nice building. No coins all machines use a card system."
