"Wish I could give zero stars. Took a brand new $300 comforter to get cleaned here and when I picked it up it was in a large trash bag so I didn’t inspect it until I got home. Once I opened the bag, the comforter was wet, and covered in MOLD. I’m assuming they cleaned it, didn’t let it dry, and it created the mold in the bag. I went back, asked for my money back and the owner told me to let him fix it instead. I left the comforter there, picked up days later and STILL DAMP/COVERED IN MOLD. I again, asked for my money back on the cleaning..who wants to sleep with a moldy comforter!? The owner was angry AT ME for asking for money back and told me he’d give me a discount on the cleaning. He literally threw $20 cash at me from the register. It was extremely unprofessional. I’m still baffled he was angry at me considering I am the one who now is out $320. Do not go here."

"On multiple occasions the door has been wide open, and no one at the register for 10min. Someone could easily walk in and borrow a whole rack of clothes. Customer service leaves much to be desired."
