"I have taken clothing here for a couple of years and even had my wedding dress cleaned here. I just picked up $300 worth of clothes that were $80 to clean and one shirt is completely ruined. It had these snags and looked like it had been put through the high friction setting in the washing machine. The lady behind the counter (who had always been nice) immediately got defensive and chuckled while repeatedly saying it was my fault! I WORE IT ONCE and it was a very expensive shirt! She got loud and said "oooooh no girl" lol "YOU did that". Screw them"

"I've been to this cleaners on several occasions and the staff is always welcoming and accommodating. My recent visit with Kelly was fantastic. I was on a deadline and needed some pants and shirts pressed and cleaned for the next day. That did not seem possible however, Kelly went above and beyond to get them ready by 8:00 the following morning. Thank you Plaza Cleaners! Check them out if your on a deadline."

"I have been bringing my clothes here for two years. I picked up my clothes this last time and found that they had given me someone else's black slacks (clearly not my size.) I brought the wrong pants back to the dry cleaner, and waited patiently for over two weeks for them to find my black pants. These are my nicest pants, so after my fifth stop into the cleaners, I finally asked that reimburse me for the cost of my pants ($100). Instead of paying for their mistake, they accused me of lying about the value of the pants! Needless to say, they did not find my pants, nor did they repay me for my pants they lost! I gave them every chance to make this right. I understand that mistakes happen. I expect a business to stand behind their service and to take care of their customers! I will never come back here, and if you want to keep your clothes, I recommend you that you take them elsewhere too."
