"The 1⭐️s on here are baffling! Been using them for YEARS! Never have I encountered anything like that and makes me think it’s either a movement against them by another business, or bots. They have always been polite, prompt and fairly priced."

"I should have read the reviews before coming here. Would have never come. I have been on a road trip from West Virginia to California having my clothes washed and folded. This is the worst service I have encountered. When we first arrived with a bag of dirty clothes, the owner walks way back in the dry cleaning area to weigh our clothes, which I thought was a little unfair to the customer. I’m not saying they have a cheating pair of scales. We figured it would weigh less than it did because it was a smaller load than usual. How would the owner like it if he went to the airport and had his luggage weighed in a place he couldn’t see for himself? When I returned to pick up my laundry, I kindly said, May I suggest something for customers’ satisfaction? I said, you should have the scale up front so the customer can see the weight too. He said we have been doing this service for years and no one has ever said that to us. I said, we’ll, there’s always a first time. He said, I don’t have to agree with it. I put all my clean clothes away and they were folded very unprofessional. Had to refold everything. Then I noticed I didn’t get back a pair of white capri pants. Called two days later and asked if they found a pair of white pants. He said no, we wash and dry your clothes separately from other customers. What we get we return. So basically no accountability, and no customer satisfaction. So if another customer doesn’t have them what happened to them? They grew wings and flew to a warehouse in Yakima??? Use your own judgement on this one. I will not be returning to this place. Wife of Richard"

"DON'T patronize this dry cleaning business - they ruined my item, but still attempted to quickly stuff it in a bag to send me on my way. They didn't seem concerned it was destroyed, and instead told me they were protected by CA law - and that as tag said "dry clean only", implied it had been ruined due to manufacturer not having properly testing it?! And only after my pressing General Manger, he offered to pay me a sum approx 14% of replacement cost. It was a leather/wool/fur pillow ripped in multiple place, with chunks of the fur falling off on counter. Terribly disappointing experience - specifically went to this cleaners (vs my regular one) as they implied they specialized in dry cleaning leather, will certainly never go there again - customers beware."

"I have been using Rancho Cleaners for 14 years and they have always been very polite and have always done a great job cleaning my clothes. I spend approximately $100 a month on their service and have no complaints."

"They lost my dress! I know it's my fault for leaving it there for a year, but the little teenage girl said she "didn't care" as I was walking out. I walked back in to speak to the person running the show. Apparently she mentioned it was her dad, so I told her how she should care more about her parent's business. Knowing that a spoiled millennial is working there that has no work ethic or respect for her parent's business has completely discouraged me from coming back. The lady that was with her was also rude (probably family), speaking in Spanish, and little did they know that I know perfect Spanish and understood all the smack they were talking "behind my back". These people have no pride in the business they run. Don't pay for dry cleaning services at that location. Your money is better spent elsewhere. People who work there are very ghetto."
