"todays cleaning was a fail all the way around! Starting with the scheduling, email received yesterday the crew was to arrive 2-3pm, email this morning they were rescheduled for 1-2pm. I receive a alert that the crew is on there way at 11am. I called the office and explainded that I could not be ready until 12pm, they put me on hold and called the manager and told me I was to expect a call from the manager as soon as we finished talking, that never happened. The crew arrived a 12pm including Helen who I have requested not to return to my home! She will be turned away at my door next time. The 3 worked for 1 hour costing me $210 is that correct? The crew was very unprofessional, drink containers left on wooden surfaces and marginal cleaning. I tried to explain to the Hispanic woman and Helen about there drink cups left on my wooden tables and the Hispanic woman laughed at me, extremely rude! the quality of the cleaning, professionalism of your workers and the scheduling from your office do not reflect in your costs."
