"Came here to do my laundry at 5am hopping I would be able to get it done peacefully since I hate crowded places. Boy was I wrong as soon as a walked in first thing I see is this guy using the counter to get his drugs ready literally he was using drugs inside the place in front of the guy In charge. By 5:45 this place was crowded with homeless people trying to go into the restroom to keep using whatever drug they were on. Homeless people walking in and out looking like zombies..And if you like the smell of urine then this is the place for you, just don’t forget your dose."

"The lady who runs the place, Jewels, is amazing. Very smart, sweet and even gave me a drink when it was hot outside. Highly recommend this place."

"OK I wash my clothes here regularly and I can give you guys an honest breakdown. It’s hit or miss when it comes to how busy it is and how clean it is that depends on if there’s a worker present and which worker it is. The lady Julz she’s great she’s helpful. She keeps it clean. She stays active. She interacts with customers. The older dude kind of just sleeps in the office until there’s minimal crowd and he’ll come out and sweep up when he goes back in his little office, close the door and goes back to sleep or whatever he does. The machines definitely smell a little funky from all the powder detergent, being built up overtime, and not being washed out thoroughly in a timely manner. Nonetheless, I do see them cleaning them out as part of their tasks, but it just wasn’t dealt with quick enough to begin with I think. As for the dryers half of them work, then you’ll come back the half didn’t work before work and then the other half don’t it’s just the machines are old I don’t think the owner puts that much money back into the business to keep it operating properly, but they do little repairs to get the machines going, but it can be quite frustrating when you have multiple loads and you can’t even use the dryers that are next to each other or there’s a crowd and all of them already taken and you end up only being able to use one and have to wait and rotate your loads. And that comes to the problem of the dryer is not actually drying completely and that is because the top and bottom dryers work tandem together so if you get a bottom dryer the best thing for you to do is get the top one right above it because the air is shared in the system on those units for whatever reason and yes they can get too hot and put on high and it will burn your clothes. I’ve had it happen unfortunately but like I said, I have to keep coming back here because it’s open 24 hours and it fits my schedule so there’s some pros. But there’s definitely cons that I feel outweigh the pros. I still get three stars because overall I’ve been able to clean my clothes and get everything done on my schedule."

"DON'T EVER DO LAUNDRY HERE! half the machines are broke and the other half only work if you use cold or warm water, Hot water is not an option here. And when I called the owner and explained the situation he hung up on me and gave me attitude about me asking for my money back. The dryers don't dry u til you've turned them on 4x"
