"I honestly do not want to give a star to this Zee Jewelers, located in Arden. This Jewelry place broke my earrings. I came by to have them fix the post "ONLY" on my earrings and they took it apart and changed the color of my 18k real gold into something like 14k or 10k. I wish I sued this place or took them to a small claim court to have them pay for what they work on my gold earring that they broke. Its so much easier that way. After almost a month of going back and forth from this place, they still couldn't get it right and was never done right. I agreed to take my gold earring back, because it's a waist of time and it is proven that they do not know how to fix it, all they did was to pinpoint the mistake to their workers who did a very stupid and terrible job to my gold earring. My gold earring clasps no longer closes correctly and does not snap tightly to close. The sad part is I paid this imbeciles to break my 18k gold earring. Let this be a warning. Do not let them fix your jewelry, even if they act as if they know what they're doing. I wouldn't even buy jewelry here not even for a cheaper price. Be very careful. They are good for being CROOK! DO NOT BUY GOLD HERE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET IT FROM CLAIRE'S"
