"Outstanding customer service. Wow!! I went there today to sell my old wedding ring. The guy I talked to (maybe the owner?) was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at my ring and very selflessly told me I could probably get more if I were to sell it to a private party. He weighed the ring, told me the brand and size and that it's 14 k white gold. He told me the approximate value vs. what he would give me for it to just melt it down. Then, it gets better. He polished it all up for me and gave it to on what looked like thin parchment paper so no finger oils would get on it. He did all of this for me without getting anything in return (except for this review). It's selfless, awesome customer service like this that matters tremendously and that builds trust. I would recommend AK to anyone in the market for fine jewelry. In the future, if I'm in that market, I will definitely be taking my business there."
