"It was a great experience getting my wife's ring made from Ayala Jewelers. We brought some loose diamonds to use and they worked with us on the design to have it match the wedding band. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the very reasonable price, which included an appraisal after. We also got her wedding band resized which was at a great price, they don't price gouge which is refreshing for this type of service."

"BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if she'd be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, don't recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! "5 star treatment gets 5 star rating.....I didn't catch the young lady's name that took care of my watch adjustment but kept watch and took number down to get a hold of me if she had time because I went there maybe 20 mins till closing time.....I figured maybe Monday I get it back with Sunday tomorrow and they are closed but she ended up calling past closing time to let me know she was done and I could pick up.Above and beyond, solid af, thank you, gracias AYALA JEWELRY"
