"Villa Valet Cleaners ruined a pair of my work pants. I brought them in for a clean and press, noting a few fresh stains on the front of the pants. When I returned, my pants had grease stains all up and down the legs that weren't there before. I said this, and the owner didn't acknowledge it. I asked to have the pants recleaned (which she did for free). I returned and the pants didn't appear to have been touched at all. The owner was polite, but because she ruined my pants and didn't acknowledge it, I cannot recommend Villa Valet in good conscience."

"I have been going here for years- the jeans alterations are very reasonable and she always does a great job. She’s also fixed some vintage clothing for me. And, I’ve also brought some antique wool rugs in for cleaning and always had great experiences."

"Do not bring your clothes to this person if you value them. My clothes came back with missing buttons, bleach stains and other types of stains that weren't on them when I brought them in.. I was going on vacation and Brought her a bunch of my nice shirts to clean. When I got to my destination and unpacked my shirts Did I ever get a shock ,four of my shirts were unwearable. I left them in the bag and on the hangers, When I got back to Long Beach I showed her the damage, She went into full denial mode. So insulting. I told her I would never go in there again. You shouldn't either."

"Didn't even clean my comforter or pillow properly, over priced... On top of it, they delayed my order twice over a 2 week period, rep said they would discount it but only discounted it by a $1.50. Horrible service, not a quality job for the price. I'd recommend going to a professional shop."
