"My shoes come back super clean. Worth every pennies you spending. The guy is very polite and useful"
"Best place to get your Louis Vuitton bags cleaned. I was concerned since it was my first time here and omg my Neverfull and Daily Pouch turned out great!!!! Even repaired discoloration on the edges in my Daily Pouch. Definitely recommend! Super nice staff and super super fast response when you text their number. Love it! Will definitely be returning and already told friends and family about this great place! Thank you!!"
"I had high hopes in coming here to re-sole my bottom work shoes, I had informed him that they were my work shoes where I'm a security guard. My soles didn't last a month so I texted him pictures and he told me to come back to in regluing or replace bottom sole. So when I went to drop it off he said that there's no guarantee that him replacing the sole to shoes will work, if it's not guaranteed then why do that job in the first place? I paid $70 for new soles that didn't last a month, then when he just re-glued it instead if replacing them he gave me back $20 stating again that "there's no guarantee" Those soles lated me about a week, so $50 basically to go back and forth with a shoe repair that doesn't guarantee a good workmanship with cheap materials. I also had a hole at the bottom of my right shoe that I didn't take a photo of. If he knew they were work shoes and knew he didn't have materials to suffice the job, then kindly let the customer know. I paid $120 for those shoes and they lasted me a very long time and I could've gone somewhere else but I was already down $50 that I decided to buy a new pair.. That was my experience with this service and I'm sure he's good at other things related to his job or he wouldn't be in business. Very nice gentleman but poor workmanship or just poor materials for replacing bottom soles. The photos are 22 days after I picked them up."
"They know what they are doing. This is actually my only trustworthy shoe cleaning place. Sadly I no longer live in cerritos so I have to driver here from gardena but it totally worth it. They make your shoes look like new shoes"
"Love this place!!! They do an amazing job! It's like getting a new pair of sneakers for a fraction of the price. I take my favorite pair of white Skecher's Go Walks in every other month and they look like new. My only complaint is that I have to drive from Long Beach to their location. There use to be a location in Long Beach. Hope they bring it back!"
