"I was told that someone would be meeting with me a my office that I was getting cleaned for a walk through to properly give me a quote. At 9:32am I got a text message stating "Will be there around 10:00 had to turn around unexpectedly is that ok still" I didn't respond do to already being frustrated with the tardiness. At 9:39 the lady from the cleaning service called and said she is 15 minutes away. I agreed to still meet there. I waited at my office until about 10:15 or so. At 10:39 I called to get an explanation on the no show. The lady lied and said she went there and no one was there and she called and the phone went to voice-mail. I asked her why no message then via text or voice? And I informed her that I was waiting at the office. I would not recommend anyone using this unprofessional service."
