"Bought many thing from here for my daughter and wife in the past. 1st time with defective earing and they will not even exchange there own defective item. Also, this is a final sale store. They do not honor there own policies."

"Me and my friends came here to get a double ear piercing. The girl working here did not hold onto the earlobe when she did the piercing, and ended up piercing WAY off the intended spot marked, for both my friend and I. With mine, it’s not great but is more subtle so I kept it in, but with my friend she completely missed the dot and pierced the very tip of her earlobe. Each piercing is supposed to come with a free cleaning solution, but since they ran out, there was only the bigger bottle left. We still had to pay full price for the bigger bottle. She said the bigger one(which was only $10) doesn’t come with it. She was hardly apologetic and was annoyed when we asked for discount after what she did For the wrong piercing, she said it was “in the waiver” and that this is what we signed up for. The waiver is strictly about infections, not misplaced piercings so this is not true."

"Came to get a second piercing, picture shows piercing gone wrong. My sister had a similar experience. I think it was due to the piercing lady not holding the ear lobe in place when shooting the piercing gun. Also they ran out of the free aftercare solution so she wouldn’t give us free aftercare solution for the messed up piercing (we had to buy a more expensive one)."
