"Incredibly helpful and patient employees!! I came down for a visit and needed an emergency replacement for a nose stud I had lost. Unfortunately I’m pretty new to piercings and ended up asking the girls a lot of questions while I was there. They were super kind and offered a lot of advice and were happy to take the time to help me out. I’ve come here in the past looking for ear piercings as well and was previously helped by different employees, and I’m happy to report all the girls here are the same when it comes to their customer service and knowledge of body mods. 100% recommend coming by if you’re in need of some body jewelry!!!"

"This place is trash and needs to be permanently shut down no one in there right mind charges someone $10 for a barbell replacement that was lost all she wanted was a replacement the least she could’ve done was say what kinda barbell did you buy? And let her show her receipt and give her the barbell and put her barbell in and tell her keep ur $10 thank you for shopping with us and trusting us enough to come back for a replacement the receipt was helpful happy new year it’s called great customer service the greater ur service is the more customers you get I feel for the client who was treated terribly in this area Kayla’s body jewelry needs to be band from this mall people go to the mall to be happy not treated like dirt over a replacement barbell yet alone over small $10 this shop needs to be terminated it needs to be permanently shut down take ur rip offs elsewhere"
